We collect what you send us: the name, email address, phone number, company and message you submit through our contact form or newsletter, plus any details you share by email or WhatsApp. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you engage us for, and — if you opted in — to send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, newsletter data on your consent, and the rest on our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, and only so far as they need it to run the service. They are bound to keep it confidential.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email us and we will action it.
