Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Chamaeleo website and any services you engage us to provide.

Agreement to these terms

By browsing this website or engaging Chamaeleo for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

Services and scope

Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work that sets out deliverables, timeline and price. Anything outside that document is treated as a new request and quoted separately. You can start that conversation on our contact page.

Fees and payment

Fees, instalments and payment terms are set out in the signed proposal. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered work product transfers to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and we may describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Client responsibilities

Projects depend on timely feedback, content and access to any third-party accounts the work requires. Delays in those inputs move delivery dates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above always reflects the current version.
